The Lancaster Bible College women's basketball team will play their final non-conference game of the year on Wednesday night as they travel to the nation's capital to take on Trinity Washington University.

Lacy McClaine had 18 points and seven rebounds to give the Chargers a season sweep over the Tigers...LBC had won the first match-up between the teams, 55-53 in Washington, D.C. earlier in the season...Lauren Heliger had 14 points for LBC who improved to 8-10...The Tigers were led by LaShawna Ervin who had 22 points and six rebounds.
Lancaster Bible This Season: The Chargers can climb over the .500 mark for the first time in six years on Wednesday night...Other than being 1-0 to start the 2006-07 campaign, the Chargers have not been over .500 since finishing 11-10 in 2005-06...Lauren Heliger continues to lead the Chargers in scoring with 16.9 points per game...Two other LBC players, Brooklyn Wilson and Emily Lloyd, are also averaging double digits with 11.2 and 10.0 points per game respectively...After tonight, the Chargers will play three of their final four games at home.
Trinity Washington This Season: The Tigers, who are an NCAA Division III Independent school, are 12-4 this season and have defeated Valley Forge Christian, Philadelphia Biblical and Gallaudet this season...Trinity is riding a three-game winning streak and is fresh off a 57-47 defeat of Philadelphia Biblical...Christa Burgess had 12 points and 13 boards in the victory over the Crimson Eagles.
